پرفیکٹ ڈائسر کے ذریعے پیاز، آلو، گاجر، لوکی، کھیرا، سیب، امرود، ناشپاتی، شملہ مرچ، بینگن وغیرہ کو ٹکڑوں میں کاٹیں۔ آلو کے فرنچ فرائیز فنگر چپس کاٹیں۔ سلاد، فروٹ چاٹ، سموسے اور پکوڑوں کیلئے پھل اور سبزیاں کاٹیں۔ افغانی پلاؤ کیلئے گاجر کے لمبے ٹکڑے کریں۔ چائنیز رائس کیلئے سبزیوں کے باریک ٹکڑے کاٹیں۔
باریک یا موٹے ٹکڑے کرنے والے دو بلیڈ سیٹ میں سے مرضی کے مطابق کوئی ایک سیٹ لگا لیں۔ باریک کٹنگ والے سانچے کے بلیڈز میں انچاس سوراخ ہیں جبکہ موٹی کٹنگ والے بلیڈ میں پچیس سوراخ ہیں۔
استعمال کا طریقہ
جیسا کہ وڈیو میں دکھایا گیا ہے سبزی یا فروٹ اس کے چیمبر میں رکھ کر ایک ھاتھ سے اس کے ھینڈل کو دباتے جائیں اور دوسرے ھاتھ سے بلیڈ کے اندر سے گزرنے والی سبزی کو چھری کے ساتھ کاٹتے جائیں۔ اگر ٹکڑے چھوٹے کاٹنے ہیں تو ایک دفعہ ھینڈل دبائیں اور ایک دفعہ چھری سے کاٹیں۔ اگر ٹکڑے بڑے رکھنے ہیں تو دو دفعہ ھینڈل دبائیں اور ایک دفعہ چھری کے ساتھ کاٹیں۔ موٹی یا باریک کٹنگ کے لئے اپنی پسند کا بلیڈ سیٹ لگا لیں۔ اس طرح آپ آسانی سے فروٹ چاٹ، سلاد یا ھانڈی کے لئے سبزی کاٹ سکتے ہیں۔
